(1) Use of Marshfield DoorSystems doors in exterior applications is not recommended and not warranted. 
(2) For doors requiring deep mortise machining on closers, holders, etc., top or bottom rails are a minimum 2-1/2" nominal size.
(3) Wider rails available upon request. 
(4) Fire retardant stiles eliminate the need for metal edge and astragal. 
(5) Marshfield DoorSystems does not assume responsibility for the choice of glazing materials used. Refer to consumer Product Safety Commission 16 CFR 1201 CAT. 11 (1-1-97 Edition) to determine the need for safety-rated glazing. 
(6) Minimum edge margin requirements vary with door types and facings. There must be at least 5-1/2" from light to any edge and adjacent openings, including hardware cutouts on all Marshfield DoorSystems DSP-20-minute fire-rated doors in order to be labeled a fire door. 
(7) Surface mounted hardware attached with screws (in I -LD-1 core), requires wide end rails or alternate core construction. Please identify hardware attachment method when specifying/purchasing. 
(8) Minimum 5" from light to any edge and adjacent openings, including hardware cutouts. 
(9) Laminated Strand Lumber (LSL) or hardwood at mill option for rails and inner ply of stiles. 
(10) All Marshfield DoorSystems Fire-Rated doors must be machined by Marshfield DoorSystems or other approved fire door machiners. Factory machining of surface-mounted exit devices with face holes 1" and larger is offered. 
(11) Primed hardboard available up to 4/0 x 9/0 singles and 8/0 x 9/0 pairs. 
(12) All colors may not be available. 
(13) 1-3/8" two-ply laminated compatible stiles available upon request for 1-3/4" thick doors. 
(14) Pair doors matched for similar color & grain available upon request. 
(15) Positive Pressure doors which meet UBC 7-2-97 requirements are available with ITS-WH labels only.
