(1) Use of Marshfield DoorSystems DFM doors in exterior applications is not recommended and not warranted. 
(2) Marshfield DoorSystems does not assume responsibility for the choice of glazing materials used. Refer to consumer Product Safety Commission 16 CRF 1201 CAT. 11 (1-1-97 Edition) to determine the need for safety-rated glazing. 
(3) Triple-PlyTM stile includes high pressure laminate, hardboard and fire treated hardwood stile. 
(4) All Marshfield DoorSystems Fire-Rated doors must be machined by Marshfield DoorSystems or other approved fire door machiners. Factory machining of surface-mounted exit devices with face holes 1" and larger is offered. 
(5) Minimum distance requirement is 5-1/2" from cutout to any edge and adjacent openings, including hardware cutouts. 
(6) Per UBC Standard 41 -1 and ASTM F-476. 
(7) For hardboard pairs using ITS-WH label, PairGuard(TM) stiles and surface vertical rods must be used. 
(8) Double egress doors require special construction. 
(9) Decorative laminate for PairGuardTM available with UL label only. 
(10) Either the width or length dimension must be at least 22" if the opposite dimension is  less than 22". 
(11) All colors may not be available. 
(12) Wider AT rails available upon request. 
(13) 90-minute hardboard pairs with locks, flushbolts and strikes are only available with UL label.
(14) 90-minute singles over 8/0 with decorative laminate faces and UL label must use SLM II stiles and AT rails. 
(15) For hardboard singles over 8/0 with UL label, SLM II stiles and AT rails must be use. 
(16) Door types are DFMSP with this face option and have a limited lifetime warranty. 
(17) Positive Pressure doors which meet UBC 7-2-97 requirements are available with ITS-WH labels only.
