Marshfield DoorSystems Particleboard Core Doors are hot pressed and represent a maximum degree of dimensional stability while offering a wide variety of beautiful faces. In applications with medium-to high-traffic, these doors feature the appearance and durability to handle the job.

Note: These doors are tested for neutral pressure.

(1) Use of Marshfield DoorSystems doors in exterior applications is not recommended and not warranted.
(2) Either the width or length dimension must be at least 22" if the other dimension is less than 22".
(3) Wider rails available upon request.
(4) For doors requiring deep mortise machining on closers, holders, pivots, bottom seals, etc., top or bottom rails are a minimum 3" nominal size.
(5) Fire retardant stiles eliminate the need for metal edge and astragal.
(6) Minimum 5" from light to any edge and adjacent openings, including hardware cutouts.
(7) Per UBC Standard 41-1 and ASTM F-476.
(8) Minimum edge margin requirements vary with door types and facings. There must be at least 5-1/2" from light to any edge and adjacent openings, including hardware cutouts, on all Marshfield DoorSystems DFP-20-minute fire-rated doors in order to be labeled a fire door.
(9) Laminated Strand Lumber (LSL or hardwood at mill option for rails and inner ply of stiles.
(10) All Marshfield DoorSystems Fire-Rated doors must be machined by Marshfield DoorSystems or other approved fire door machiners. Factory machining of surface-mounted exit devices with face holes 1" and larger is offered.
(11) All colors may not be available.
(12) Marshfield DoorSystems does not assume responsibility for the choice of glazing materials used. Refer to consumer Product Safety Commission 16 CFR 1201 CAT. 11 (1-1-97 Edition) to determine the need for safety-rated glazing.
(13) Positive Pressure doors which meet UBC 7-2-97 requirements are available with ITS-WH labels only.
